  Unfriendly and un helpful. First I was interrupting a conversation between the sales associate and her spouse,then when she did ask me if I needed help she sure could care less about what I was trying to buy. they did have the two items I wanted,but as I asked for an opinion,I completely feel like I was aggravating her. Then I wanted to get the two items customized with names and numbers ,and that was met with a long pause and being told the lady that does that is in tomorrow. So I felt it was best to just buy the two items and just order names and numbers on amazon,which is where I could of bought these two items but I wanted to help out local business because I work up the street from them. In this day of amazon and the Internet,this company forgot what customer service is all about.
